Meet Pixie, a 5-pound Chihuahua mix who proves that you don't need four legs to have a giant heart. Found abandoned on a cold December night, Pixie has traded the railroad tracks for the fast lane. At just 6 months old, she is a healthy, happy, and remarkably mobile "tripod-plus-one" who doesn't let anything slow her down.

Pixie was likely born without her front legs, but she hasn't gotten the memo that she’s "different." She maneuvers like a pro, chasing other dogs and playing games around the house with Olympic-level enthusiasm.

🐾 Personality & Daily Life

Pixie is a professional cuddler. Her favorite place in the world? Under the covers, tucked right against you. She is a dream on the go, too—she’ll sit quietly in her pouch carrier while you grab coffee, taking in the world with her bright, curious eyes.

While she comes with a wheelchair, she’s so agile on her own that she rarely uses it! She is 75% paper-trained (and very smart—she’s learning fast!), and she’s a champion sleeper who stays dry through most nights.
